These are my  recommendations for web hosting and blogging needs.  People do ask me what I recommend for blog hosting or technology and I decided to compile a list of those resources here.

Tiger Direct Advertiser Disclaimer: I have used Tiger Direct for years. They are a great place to fulfill you hardware and software. I purchased my netbook and projector from them and their refurbished items have worked really well for me. I have used them since 2000.

Bluehost: Advertiser Disclaimer for Hosting: I can say enough good things about Bluehost for WordPress hosting. Easy installs for WordPress in particular and great customer service. See this post for my trials and tribulations with hosting.

Aplus.net: Good hosting but not so much so for WordPress hosting. I have used them since 2002 for my Mom’s website and have had almost no downtime. Great for general hosting, not so much for WordPress blogging.

WordPress is THE most flexible and dynamic Blog hosting tool out there and it’s free. This link goes to the main WordPress Site, but I recommend hosting it yourself for the most flexibility in how you can customize your site.

Smart Passive Income : If you are interested in starting your own blog that eventually makes money, start with this guy, Pat Flynn. He offers a tone of free information and he is straightforward and honest and has some really great advice.
